Larbert lies c. 3 miles to the north-west of Falkirk and is an expanding commuter village on the main route between Falkirk and Stirling. It is closely located to the town of Stenhousemuir and village of Camelon.
Although small, the village does offer visitors several very different attractions. The long established Tryst Golf Club and also the Glenbervie Golf Club are recognised as the best in the area. For those looking for more thrills, then the new Xtreme Karting provides one of the finest indoor tracks in Scotland. And when a more tranquil activity is required, a visit to Barbara Davison Pottery experience can provide a hands-on lesson in pottery for both young and old with gift shop and gallery.
Shopping is again mainly confined to local independent businesses.
Accommodation is available in the village and surrounding areas by local bed and breakfast providers.
